The first step is to clean the Guar Dal with the help of separator which removes dust and unrequited things.

This cleaned material will be stored in a storage tank by gravity and from storage tank it will go to Double cone mixer.

In Double cone mixer Guar Dal reacts with water.

Then Guar Dal will go to flaker. Flaker will crush the guar dal with the help of two heavy rolls.

After crushing the crushed guar dal will go to the dryer

The dried dal will go to the Ultrafine pulverizer.

Micro Ultrafine do the grinding

This crushed guar dal will go through dryer line where actual drying will happened.

Mixture screen through centrifugal screen. Material passing through screen will be again screened through turbo screen will be additional control.

The final Mixture what we get from the plant is of fine mesh size.

The oversize material of both the screen will be recycled to the same grinder.

The material which finally coming out from both the screens finally go to the reactor (blender) machine by gravity for the mixing of chemical and to give the material another required treatment.

This final product is sent to the laboratory for testing.

Our Pulverisers meet most capacity requirements and lend themselves to a wide degree of adjustments with fineness of the finished product ranging from about 60 mesh to bulk passing through 325 mesh, depending on a considerable extent to the particular material being handled. Unlike an ordinary hammer mill, it has no screens to break, wear out or clog in the crushing chamber
Our Impact Pulveriser consists of an encased rotor carrying swing hammers, whizzer classifier for fineness regulation, and Blower Fan mounted on a solid shaft. Raw material to be pulverised enters the crushing chamber through the hopper and automatic rotary feeder. The impact of the hammer on the feed material against the Liner plates reduces it into fine powder. The ground material is carried towards the whizzer classifier for classification and the oversize particles are rejected by the classifier and returns to the crushing chamber for further grinding. The classified material is then conveyed into the cyclone for collection and bagging. A dust collector is provided in the system for ensuring dust Free operation and no loss of ground powder. The equipment is suitable for medium hard minerals, chemicals, bulk drugs, coal, paints, dyes and pigments, herbs, seed, etc.

The guar split will be fed in to the pneumatic system to feed in to the turbo screen. The turbo screen is suggested at the high of plant. The screening will be employed for the removal of foreign matter. This screened material will be stored in a storage hopper. The guar splits will fall from the screens by gravity to the storage hopper, which is configured below the screen. From storage hopper material can be taken in to double cone mixer as and when required by gravity for the prehydrating of guar splits. |
